1) How is Clear Energy able to provide sustainable energy devices with no upfront cost?

Clear Energy believes that some distributed renewable energy technology such as micro wind turbines and solar panels are now economic from a consumer’s perspective. This is due in part to the increased subsidies available to domestic installations, but is also due to improving technologies and declining costs.

The Clear Energy business model will provide consumers with:

·         a pre-selected choice of renewable energy technologies;

·         an arrangement which avoids the need for upfront capital;

·         a “one-stop” installation manager for sustainable energy sources

In return, customers will pay for energy produced from renewable sources at their own home on the same regular basis and at competitive rates to the electricity received through traditional methods.  Ultimately, the customer will be financially better off from receiving green power from Clear Energy than from traditional sources.
