5) How does the government RECs certificates affect Clear Energy?


Clear Energy will receive your government RECs once the solar panels have been installed to your liking. The difference in cost between the panels and equipment, and the government rebate, will be funded by Clear Energy. For more information on the government rebate please see the link below.
